Development Program Audits
The development audit is constructed to provide senior management with an unbiased review of the fund-raising department’s strengths and weaknesses.
It is an examination of the current staff’s abilities and a study of the overall structure of the department.
An audit often leads to the development of a multiyear strategic plan.
“ Holman Consulting efficiently produced a frank, but constructive, analysis of our fundraising status and created a manageable and effective roadmap for the overhaul of our development efforts. Margaret’s obvious competence and the quality of her interactions with staff and the board of directors were critical to creating the organizational ‘buy-in’ needed to adopt and implement our new fundraising plan.”
